The virtual photography and art exhibition “Climate Change: An Eastern Caribbean Journey” was launched by the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission in collaboration with GIZ and MeCurator Art Gallery. GIZ’s Global Program ‘Human Mobility in the Context of Climate Change’ (GP HMCCC) has partnered with researchers from the German Development Institute (GDI) to shed light on climate related human mobility in Africa.

The GIZ Support Project for the Implementation of the Paris Agreement (SPA) has compiled a list of knowledge products on this topic, making it a useful guidance for NDC/NAP implementation.

The 6th EbA Knowledge Day – organized by GIZ and IUCN – convened in June under the theme of “Maximizing the potential of EbA: bridging the gap between climate change and biodiversity agendas.”

The webinar will feature an overview of the new Guidebook for Monitoring and Evaluating EbA Interventions.

GIZ and CMP have worked together to develop this guidance based on an EbA project in Central Asia, but aimed at a global audience of EbA practitioners and the communities with which they work.

In the context of climate risk assessment in Vietnam, a new report aiming to facilitate the replica of the approach has been developed. 

An infrastructure-oriented climate risk assessment was piloted for the planned Cai Lon – Cai Be sluice gate system project in the Mekong Delta.
